Zero Typing lives in the menu bar and is triggered by a keyboard shortcut, so you can dictate without leaving the app you are in. By default the shortcut uses the Fn key, and you can change it in settings.
- 1Click into any text field in any app.
- 2Press your Zero Typing hotkey to start recording.
- 3Speak naturally, then press it again to stop.
- 4Your finished text is inserted at the cursor.

Prefer a different trigger? Open Zero Typing from the menu bar and set a custom shortcut in settings.
